Feature

Jestor

Pipes and phasesEach process is a kanban on top of a table. Multiple kanbans on the same table, indicators per phase, colors and buttons per card.
Conditional phasesPhases that appear or advance based on field values: a request above $10k goes through the board, below it goes straight to purchasing.
Conditional fieldsFields that appear, hide or become required based on the previous answer, in forms and on cards.
FormsPublic forms for customers and suppliers, internal forms for the team, with conditionals, signatures and connected-record blocks. Submitters never need a seat.
SLAs and time per phaseTime in each phase per record, aggregate time, SLA on tickets and visual indicators on the kanban.
ApprovalsStructured decisions by amount, role or phase: purchasing, reimbursements, vendor onboarding, change requests.
Connections between processesRelational database with n:m, n:1 and 1:1 links. An order knows its supplier, contract and invoice without duplicating data.
DatabaseRelational tables with formulas, views and published limits: 10k, 50k or 150k records per table by plan.
EmailsAn inbox per table: email becomes a ticket or record with history, SLA and an owner. Automated emails per event and per phase.
Portals and external accessPublic forms and portals for customers and suppliers to see and update only their own records, at no user cost.
Automations and integrations380+ native automations and integrations, chainable; Python, .NET or PHP steps when the rule gets complex. Omie, Conta Azul, Slack, Teams, DocuSign, Zapier, Make and webhooks.
MessagingA WhatsApp agent turns messages from customers and field teams into records; notifications and actions in Slack and Teams.
AI agents and OCRChat-to-App, Ask Your Data, email agent, WhatsApp agent, OCR of invoices, receipts and documents into structured fields.
Dashboards and reportsCharts, indicators and speedometers on live data; Power BI connector on Ops Team and Dedicated.
MobileApps for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux, with mobile-specific block positioning.
API and MCPOpen API, webhooks and MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any MCP client create tables, permissions and automations and read or update records.
PermissionsRules by role, table and field on every plan. The AI inherits the same permissions.
Audit trailHistory with user, IP and before/after values; automation run log; snapshots and restore of deleted records. Humans and AI in the same log.
SecuritySOC 2 Type I and II, LGPD, regular pentests, MFA; SSO on the Dedicated plan.
Users and priceUnlimited users on every plan. Pro $1,000/mo + $2,900 setup; Ops Team $5,000/mo; Dedicated custom.
Who builds itJestor's team maps the process, builds the first apps, imports the data and keeps building in monthly, biweekly or weekly reviews. You request, we ship. Or change it by prompt.

Three reasons to run your processes on Jestor

Unlimited users. One flat price.

An operation has more people touching the process than people “working in the tool”: drivers, technicians, suppliers, the accountant. In Jestor everyone gets in, on any plan, and the invoice doesn’t move. The price is monthly and flat; what scales is the operation, not the cost per person.

We build everything. You just use it.

Our team maps the process, builds the apps, imports your data and keeps building on a fixed review cadence. Nobody on your team becomes the tool admin, and the system doesn’t decay when that person gets busy. You request, we ship. 30-day guarantee.

Change the process with a sentence.

A new phase, a new field, a new approval: say it in Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT or Jestor's prompt box and it's live. The AI can only touch what your role can touch, and every change, human or AI, lands in the same audit trail.

FAQ

Does Jestor have conditional phases?
Yes. Each process is a kanban on top of a relational table, and phases can appear, block or advance based on the record's field values. A request above a given amount goes through an extra approval phase; below it, it moves straight on. Rules are configured without code, by our team or by prompt.
Is Jestor an alternative to Pipefy?
For teams running purchasing, finance, HR, service and operations processes, yes. Jestor covers conditional phases, forms, SLAs, approvals, portals, automations and AI agents, with unlimited users on a flat price and a team that builds and maintains the system for you.
How does migration from another process tool to Jestor work?
Export your data as CSV and Jestor's team imports it into relational tables during setup, recreating phases, connections between processes and permissions. It's part of the plan, not a separate project.
Who builds the system in Jestor?
Jestor's team does. Every plan includes a scoped setup with process mapping and the first apps, followed by a review cadence (monthly on Pro, biweekly on Ops Team, weekly on Dedicated) where you request changes and we ship them. You can also change anything by prompt.
How many users can I have?
Unlimited, on every plan. People who fill in forms or use a portal don't pay for a seat either.
Does Jestor have SLAs and time tracking per phase?
Yes. Each record shows time in the current phase and aggregate time; tickets created from email carry an SLA and an owner; kanban indicators flag delays.
Does Jestor connect different processes?
Yes. The database is relational, with n:m, n:1 and 1:1 links between tables. A purchase request references the supplier, contract and invoice without duplicating data, and an automation in one process can create or update records in another.
Can customers and suppliers access Jestor?
Yes, through public forms and portals, seeing and updating only their own records, at no user cost.
Does Jestor have AI?
Yes. Chat-to-App creates and changes tables, forms, apps and automations from a description; Ask Your Data answers questions about your records within your permissions; email, WhatsApp and OCR agents turn messages and documents into structured records. Any MCP client (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) can connect.
How much does it cost?
Pro: $1,000 per month plus a one-time $2,900 setup. Ops Team: $5,000 per month. Dedicated: custom. Unlimited users on every plan; published limits for records per table (10k, 50k, 150k) and automation runs per month (3k, 15k, 50k).
Is Jestor secure?
Yes. SOC 2 Type I and Type II, LGPD, regular penetration tests and MFA; SSO on the Dedicated plan. Human and AI actions share the same audit trail.
Who owns the data?
You do. The system runs in your Jestor workspace and can be fully exported at any time, via CSV or API, with no exit fee.
